In areas of California, some of our communities have had to deal with tragedy in terrible fires across our state. With these terrible situations many people have been left with fire damage homes, that have either become vacant houses or require way too many repairs for the homeowners to do anything with. We have helped people going through divorce, it is never an easy process with lawyers involved, children and assets being divided.
Markets shift up and down as does life, we never know when life can hit us with a curve ball like foreclosure. Whether you are behind on payments or back on taxes, lenders as well as the county you live in can also attempt to foreclose your property. You can opt to sell your house fast in Contra Costa County, especially if you are also dealing with liens caused by neglecting the required repairs on your home.
When there are too many repairs on a home, it may be a sign that downsizing could be the best solution. This is why our clients have chosen to sell their homes fast to cash home buyers like Sell Quick California, as we are able to buy your home fast within a weeks time.
Sell Quick California was really helpful and made sure everything was taken care of and quickly. I would definitely recommend Sell Quick California to anyone who’s looking to sell their home.

In the 1840’s, pioneers Mary Ann and John Jones came to Alamo and settled in the 1850’s with John becoming the first postmaster in Alamo and Mary Ann concentrated her efforts in schooling children and starting a Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The post office was also the oldest in the valley and was a former gathering place for the locals as they wait for their mail to arrive.
It was later then that vineyards and orchards spread across the area as well as almonds, walnuts, grapes and pears that favors the towns climate.
After World War 2, The Alamo Improvement Association concentrated its efforts for in improving, preserving and establishing the properties in Alamo for 50 years.
